Across 4 years at a payments platform I took on three roles, each with its own challenges, lessons, and achievements. As a Data Scientist I shipped a real-time fraud detection model under 300ms, built a new Data Warehouse that cut load times and costs by 85%, and rolled out a new BI platform. Later, as Data & Analytics Lead, I built out the function and the team, and owned the roadmap. Today, as CTO, I lead the tech strategy, aligning Data & Analytics, Infrastructure/SRE, and Software Development with the business strategy.
